“Ellison is a company that is home to many team members that have devoted a large portion of their career to bakery. The knowledge of this team, along with those that bring new thoughts and ideas to the organization, make it a recipe for success.”
Our Greatest Strength: Our Team. Ellison team members demonstrate their willingness to go above and beyond to get high-quality products to our customers. I’m delighted that our Leadership Team recognizes these efforts, while driving a culture of respect and appreciation, through quarterly Value Awards, weekly Fabulous Fridays, and daily positive interaction amongst the team.
Our Greatest Opportunity: We continue to promote training and growth from within. This is important as we standardize processes, modernize, and continue to drive operational and financial growth.
Favorite Baked Good: Simple glazed donut is my favorite baked good but, if I choose a cookie at Ellison, you can’t do better than the Ella’s Oven® Salted Caramel.
Favorite Food: My favorite meal starts with a chicken chimichanga, or something Mexican with a lot of guac. Finishing off with vanilla ice cream, topped with caramel sauce and Ellison’s graham crunch, makes this my favorite meal.
Hobbies: I enjoy gardening and then cooling off and relaxing on a boat ride with my family. I also enjoy watching college sports, especially U of M – “Go Blue”.
Ultimate vacation destination: Anywhere with crystal blue water and a beach to relax on.
