“It is rewarding to be part of a team that has developed best in class products and nurtured long standing blue chip customer relationships for over 75 years. It is Ellison’s passion and commitment to find a solution that has been the moto of our success. We manufacture baked goods but our heart lies in making our customers lives easier by providing them more than a high quality cookie.”
Our Greatest Strength: Our people. Ellison has a great team of long standing bakers and best in class business leaders that have quality, innovation, growth, and continuous improvement at top of mind.
Our Greatest Opportunity: becoming a world class supplier of “better for you products.” The world is changing rapidly and consumers are looking to enjoy bakery products that fall into the category of “clean label” and “better for you” while still tasting indulgent and satisfying their craving for dessert. Ellison is focused on a product line to meet and exceed those consumer expectations.
Favorite Baked Good: I am an old school cookie eater and gravitate towards oatmeal, but lately the Ella’s Oven® Salted Caramel has become my go to cookie.
Favorite Food: I like anything Italian. With pasta you can’t go wrong.
Hobbies: I like to hike and have done numerous parts of the Appalachian Trail. I enjoy any activity where I can be outdoors.
Ultimate Vacation Destination: A “Viking Cruise” going to any destination. Viking does cruising right.
